Booked a room with twin beds. It was large and we easily fit our two suitcases with plenty of room to walk around. Facilities were adequate and staff very friendly and professional. The location was close to a beautiful park and not far from the night markets. It wasn't hard to get to the hotel from the airport via a train and around 10 min walk.

(1) Location - the hotel was very accessible as it was located along an artery road in taoyuan. The famous Zhongli Night market was about 10 minutes walk away. There was a SOGO shopping mall within 15 minutes walking radius too. It was surrounded by shops like cafe, family mart, local food shops. There was ample basement parking lots too although taiwan car parks were pretty tight in general. (2) The rooms were spacious and well furnished. We had a quardruple economy room & a deluxe executive twin room. Both rooms had comfortable beds, functioning air conditioners/heating, big toilets with good pressure water heaters. The rooms were well lit, spacious and clean. We did not hear any traffic noise at all although the hotel was located along a busy road. (3) Staff - the front desk could speak good English and would voluntarily guide us on surrounding area attractions with hotel map. All staff there always served us with a smile and were very polite, including the room cleaning staff. Very good service. (4) The posh ambience of the hotel made us feel good although the designs were the oldies kind. Together with the good staff service, we felt valued.

It was quiet, clean, the room (Junior Suite) was large and cool. The location is great, close the exciting night market and park. The bed was super, nice soft pillows brilliant. Air conditioning worked well and was simple to operate, it was very hot when I travelled.

Hotel meet expectations for a business travel. Very good whisky room in the hotel, but bar was still closed due to covid restrictions. Breakfast is reasonably served but cannot be charged to hotel room - needed to pay everyday.

The room was clean. The beds were very clean and very comfortable. We appreciate the amenities in the room (new bottled water every day, coffee and tea packets, etc). The pool and jacuzzi were clean and well maintained. Finally, the staff was very kind and polite 24-7.

The variety of food for breakfast was more than expectation, they had western food, beside of Japanese and Taiwanese food. The room and parking were good, the room was bigger than I thought with good facility, only the entrance of parking was so scary, it was a narrow entrance with a sharp slope.

We were upgraded to the junior suite. Lots of lovely space! Enjoyed the cleanliness and large bed. Enjoyed a shower stall separate to the bath in a very spacious bathroom. A very short walk to an excellent night market. Very close to convenience stores. Staff were pleasant. The room was on special on booking.com and I felt this was the right price for the hotel. I found the hotel charming (and a little dated, which I did not mind).

The room was very spacious, bed was comfortable and water pressure was strong. There are many cafe around the area for having traditional or western breakfast all withing walking distance between 2 to 12 mins. Turn Left walk 2 minutes have an cafe name Mr Leo their food was nice, tasty and reasonable price. Turn Right from hotel walk 3 mins (you need to cross the opposite road) got an traditional cafe selling their local food which is cheap and nice but not much place you can sit. There are a wholesale shop within walking distance (near police station). There is also an family mart near to hotel. Love the night market (walking distance too) selling all my favourite local food.

I had been here before and returned to fly out from Tao Yuen Airport. The room was good, clean, and spacious, and the staff were friendly. However, this time, the view from the room was unpleasant. It was a brown wall just a few meters from the window, which looked horrible. I don't understand how such a nice hotel would have such an ugly view outside the window. If the next time I stay here, I get this kind of room again, I will definitely ask to change it.

Five star hotel? Maybe 4 and a half - not really the luxury you'd expect for 5. Decent, if slightly dated feeling, hotel. Rooms are a good size. Not far from Huanbei MRT, so a good overnight place to access the airport from. Close to Zhongli night market. Nice staff.
